Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Any faulty item received should be reported to us within 24 hours of order delivery, with photographs of both the item and external packaging.
We regret we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for items that have been opened and/or used.
To commence your return, please contact us at rodney@henleycountyjewellers.co.uk with these details:
- Your order number
- Your contact details including name, postal address, phone number and email
- Reason for your return
- If you wish for a refund or exchange
We will then be in touch with details on how to safely return your item to us. On arrival back, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in a resaleable condition and then we will process your refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return of earrings, unless faulty.
Refunds
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order, this includes gift cards.
Once your returned items are received by us, we will email you within 5 working days. Once we have issued a refund, please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to show up in your account.
